All daily fees exclude 14% vat.

The Daily Rate include:

1. Services of a licenced professional hunter
2. Services of bird boys and camp staff
3. All motor vehicle travel during the hunt, including collection and return to the
nearest airport
4. All safari camp accomodation, food, soft drinks, beer and wine during the hunt.
(As well as daily laundry on non travel days )

Not included in the Daily Rate:

1. Any tips to safari staff
2. Airfare to and from and within South Africa
3. Shotgun Ammunition
4. VAT at 14%
5. Meet and greats in JHB for quick gun clearances
6. Pre clearances for guns in South Africa as well as pre clearances for Semi
Automatic shotguns
7. Spiritous liquor

1. Bookings will be secured on payment of 50% of daily rates. Balance of daily rates is due 30 days prior to arrival.
2. All deposits less expenses will be refunded if the safari is cancelled, provided that the safari can be rebooked.
3. All payments must be made in cash, Travelers Checks ot certified bank draft.

Please Note:

In South Africa, Government legislation has imposed a value added tax (VAT) on all charges with the exception of the trophies you export. VAT is presently 14% and is not included in any of our listed prices.
